I AM A FRANKFURTER
The exhibition looks at the life and work of Hermann Arndt/Zvi Aharoni (1921-2012) under various themes. Arndt grew up in Frankfurt and attended the Friedrichsgymnasium before emigrating with his family shortly before the November pogroms of 1938. He later tracked down Adolf Eichmann in Argentina and was involved in his kidnapping, which ultimately led to the Eichmann trial. His life story is being presented for the first time in the context of the 20-year history of the youth meeting project "Building Bridges" in Frankfurt Oder. The exhibition is framed by events. Workshops are offered for school groups.
